Our Story

Hangtime was founded by Olly Bridge and Meg Barnett, a young couple who have always lived in Exmouth. Growing up, we have always thought a vibrant beachside cafe was missing from the town. The kind of place all generations, watersports enthusiasts and visitors alike could hangout, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the chilled out atmosphere, while watching watersports right off the seafront. The opportunity finally came to locate ourselves at the new Sideshore development in the middle of Exmouth seafront, and thus, Hangtime was born!

We pride ourselves on having friendly and fast service! Our coffee is great, and we have many regulars who visit every day of the year for their SUNDAY collab coffee fix. While our menu is full of many 'grab-and-go' items, we strive to offer a range of options to suit different dietary requirements. This also includes having healthy options such as smoothies, acai bowls and more.

Freshness and sustainability surround everything we do at Hangtime, that's why we love that the entire Sideshore development is focused on using sustainable materials and harnessing renewable energy. It is our responsibility both as business owners and human beings, to make sure we use locally sourced suppliers and provide sustainable packaging to our customers.

If you're looking for a place to hangout and soak in the true Exmouth seafront atmosphere, don't hesitate to stop by and say hi!
